In existence from as early as 1975 as the security division of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), the company began commercial operations under the name Dubai Security Services in May 2004 and was assigned the task of upholding international and national security standards while catering to the diverse security needs of a growing international port and free zone.
