Born in Normandy in 1920, Yvonne was a stylish and bold woman. Her life was dedicated to the lovely and the good.This staunchly modern woman is the inspiration behind the name of the Yvonne house.Inspired by this history, her granddaughter Emilie Coudray and her husband Jean-Marc established Maison Yvonne back in 2010 as a tribute to this creative grandma. Emilie aimed to preserve the essence of the classic bakery and pastry business while bringing in a sophisticated and contemporary aesthetic.In 2018, Lily-Rose Coudray, their daughter, joined the business and contributed her sense of style. Upon his arrival in Dubai in 2022, Pacome Coudray utilised his education at a prestigious hospitality school to establish Yvonne.The custard-filled cream puff is our hallmark item.
